Sunshine Villas is professionally managed by WhiteStar Management.  WhiteStar provides online resources for homeowners through their Homeowner Portal.  All official documents pertaining to HOA management including the association CC&Rs, ByLaws and Board of Director meeting agendas and meeting minutes are available there.  The portal also provides online capabilities to pay your HOA dues, and to submit maintenance, architectural and landscape requests electronically.  A separate registration & login is required to access the WhiteStar Homeowner Portal.
